Can I return a product?
Yes, of course. We at Patricia Bos Design have a 10 day money back guarantee that allows our customers to buy with confidence and gives them a fair opportunity to return any of the items purchased. If a product doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it at your own expense within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly exchange or refund the original price.
How does it work?
If you want to return one of the purchased items please follow below mentioned instructions:
a) Notify us by e-mail within 10 days of receiving the item(s) and inform us about the fault or damage. Send this e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will notify to you with the official return postal address.
b) Arrange return of the item to the postal address within 10 days after such notification. Please note you must provide a “proof of purchase,” being either an invoice, bank statement or email confirmation from patriciabos.com relating to your purchase.
How long will it take before I receive my money or replacement back?
Depending on where the items are sent from it could take up to 30 days for the items to be sent. Upon inspection, we deem the product to be faulty or damaged.
Where an item is found to be faulty we will provide a replacement along with the necessary service and support.
When the customer elects to receive a refund instead of a replacement Patricia Bos Design shall transfer the money paid for the returned product within 10 days. Adding the shipping costs incurred by you to return the items.
The returned products must be in their original condition, undamaged, not washed, altered or worn, and must include the original packaging and any related accessories.
If a returned product doesn’t meet the above-mentioned standards, the Patricia Designs webshop may refuse the returned product.
Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by Patricia Bos Designs, however, please allow 30 days from the day you return the items for your account to be credited.
