How do I track my package?
All items are sent with registered mail. Tracking can be done at post.nl. Tracking numbers are given after your order has been shipped. Once items are shipped, the buyer will be notified.
Costs of shipping are calculated at the checkout page automatically with the selection of destination and delivery service. Cost of delivery is determined according to size and weight.
What happens when my package gets delivered and I’m not home?
If you are not in when your parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a card telling you where it is. It will be left in a safe place or there will be details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery. Orders cannot be returned to sender.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
International shipping usually takes 4 to 10 days for most destinations. Unfortunately, for some countries, delays may be incurred as items go through their respective Customs & Excise regulations.
Please be advised that orders placed outside Indonesia are likely to incur customs charges when they reach their destination. You will be responsible for any local customs duty, import taxes or costs due on your purchase.
Import taxes or costs are decided on a case by case basis by your own government at the point of entry to your country and are outside of our control. However, most countries allow internet purchases below a certain value to be imported free of duty and tax.
Our courier company will contact you if you are required to pay any additional fees. All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order.
We apologize, but to comply with export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all products ordered and to mark them as dutiable “merchandise.” We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a “gift,” even if an order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.
For further information and detail on current charges, it may be necessary to call local customs offices before you order, so you’re not surprised by charges you weren’t expecting.
