We take pride in crafting each of our luxury products with the utmost care and attention to detail. To ensure the best experience, please read through our shipping and return policies carefully.
- Processing Times
All orders from stock will be processed within **2-3 business days**. Custom and engraved items may require an additional **5-7 business days** for production. For fully customized backgammon boards, the production time can take up to **3-4 weeks**. During high-demand periods, processing times may extend slightly, but you will be informed accordingly.
- Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may incur customs duties and taxes once they arrive in the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are not included in the purchase price. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover these costs.
- Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within **14 days of delivery**.
- Eligibility for Returns
* Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
* Custom-made, engraved, or personalized items are **final sale** and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- How to Initiate a Return

- Refunds
Upon receiving your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within **7 business days**.
- Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please contact us to arrange this.
- Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photographs and a description of the issue. We will promptly resolve the matter.
