In‑Stock Items
Each Patricia Bos piece is handled with the same care and precision as a bespoke order.
When your chosen item is available from our Amsterdam boutique or warehouse, it will be dispatched within 2–3 business days.
If the piece is not currently held in Amsterdam, it will be prepared and shipped directly from our atelier in Bali, allowing 1–2 weeks for crafting and international delivery.
Should the item not be available in stock, it will be individually made to order in our atelier, with an estimated production time of 3–4 weeks.
We always inform you in advance of the expected delivery schedule. If the proposed timing does not align with your plans, you are free to cancel your order at any stage before dispatch, and we will promptly refund your payment in full.
Shipping & Duties
We ship worldwide from both our Amsterdam boutique and our atelier in Bali, depending on product availability and your location. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on destination and package weight.
For international orders, please note that customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We work exclusively with trusted courier partners to ensure your order is delivered safely and efficiently. You will receive tracking information as soon as your package has been dispatched.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you are delighted with your Patricia Bos piece. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in pristine condition.
Please note that custom-made, engraved, or personalized pieces are final sale and therefore not eligible for return or exchange.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is deemed faulty or damaged upon arrival.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at sales@patriciabos.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return.
- You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- The appropriate return address based on your location
- Detailed shipping instructions
We kindly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
As soon as your return has been received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days.
Faulty or Damaged Items
In the rare event that your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@patriciabos.com, including clear photographs and a brief description of the issue.
Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including all shipping charges.
Delays & Force Majeure
While we make every effort to meet the stated delivery timelines, certain events may occasionally be beyond our control — including customs delays, weather disruptions, courier strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
We will always keep you informed should any such delay arise, and we thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
